Aha! So that explains the invite I got yesterday... I assume this is a standard email from the service.
"Hi, I want to invite you to join my network at XING - it is quite different from Linked-In, but you will certainly find similarities. Actually, it is much more European centered than Linked-In, and since you have visited Europe to a number of events, you may find a lot of people in here, that are not on linked-in."
Do I really want to be on 2 of these things, since I'm already on linked-in? other thoughts?
