Actually, to drummers as good as he, there's really not much of a difference between the hands. They have to be able to do anything with either hand. If you watch carefully, you can even see how he sometimes switches a line of beats seamlessly from right to left or vice versa.
But: yes, of course, truely amazing. He also appeared in the muppet show once and had a "drum duel" with Animal, this muppet show monster drummer. An awesome appearance as well.
