This is a marketing genius. Looks like he does not even check his potential partner's site.

That´s just marketing with the shotgun. Redirect this guy to /dev/null ...

Maybe he does check your website and figured, being mentioned once was easy, now let's try another time. And apparently he was successful again. Maybe not the type of promotion he was initially looking for, but don't these guys always claim that there is no bad media coverage? ;-)

@Ragnar: don´t you overestimate his capabilities? ;-)
