Having been using the Nokia E71 for a little while now, Steve Litchfield delivers his verdict - what's new compared to its predecessor, the E61i? And how close does the E71 get to being the perfect smartphone for the modern professional?

if i keep a (second) phone next to my future iphone3g, this is definitively it.
I really like the looks of this nokia. I've owned my last nokia years ago before switching to windows mobile based devices and then to a 1st gen. iPhone. I would love to get a hands on with this particular nokia device. Any hint when it will be availavle in germany?
I need to get a new phone. I would short-list the new iPhone, the E71 and the HTC Touch Diamond and Touch Diamond Pro. At the moment iPhone is on the last. Touch Diamond Pro is fat. Touch Diamond has only onscreen keyboard...... so E71 is the device to go!
Being raped by a E90 for about four weeks I will step away from Symbian for the next few years. Hopefully, the design of the iPhone will have some influence to the next gen devices made by "old school" GSM companies...
Btw. is that a front facing camera or just some sensor?
