Password not appropriate
by Volker Weber
A man who chose "Lloyds is pants" as his telephone banking password said he found it had been changed by a member of staff to "no it's not".

how does the bank´s employee know the password, anyway, shouldn't it be encrypted in the system?

This password is meant to be unencrypted since it is an additional way of verifying the customer calling. So there is no security break here.
