Also wondering...didn't know that Chrome was available for OS X at this moment?
No official OS X build is published by Google. But of course you might build Chrome for yourself on OS X (dito for Linux).
Remember from the comic intro of this thing how they said they can cherry pick the top visited sites via Page Rank and test their browser against them? Maybe those Mac and Linux builds are coming from Google testing servers...
