fring is now available on the App Store making it easy for anyone to use fring on the original iPhone, iPhone 3G or iPod touch.

iPod touch 2G comes with microphone support. Just plug in a headset with mic like the iPhone headset. iPod touch 1G does not support a mic, but there are some hardware hacks.

it does not accept my business email address, probably, because there´s a "." in it and it is equally picky with my nick/password. It will be deleted.
