Man - pretty soon someone will develop a device that you can push buttons and talk to another person instantly!!!!
But you have to download an executable and install a software. Not very "GMaily"...

We tested movi by Tandberg - and this is web based. Just typed moviserv in the address-field pressed enter and the system was available. The camera and microphone was activated and I immediately could call other people (after a very short self registration). Very nice system...
The Flash Plugin can access camera and microphone.
