Is this a Sony Memory Stick Micro inside?
If ys, then I hope that they'll also sell a Micro SD version.
I own a Sony Erricsson cell phone and a PSP, but I don't like their proprietary memory cards at all.
No, it is a MicroSD. The proprietary memory cards are just one of the things that made Sony irrelevant.
Nice device, very cool. Too bad i just bought some "normal" USB drives for the company.
@vowe - the real Sony toys (ɑ-Series cameras) are using CF cards ;-)

Excuse my ignorance, I see it has a Micro SD and some chip card (SIM Card?) but where is the USB jack to connect and what can this thingy do?
Can you see the contacts coming out when the device is twisted?
ah, so the "SIM Card" are the contacts for the USB cable and it is actually a Micros SD Card Reader.....
