Sorry, just a curiosity, not so relevant to PayPal as to the picture you trimmed so nicely.
Do you go all the way with a photo-editing program such as PhotoShop or TheGIMP in order to give it a nice shadow backdrop and rounded corners or did you find a widget that does it with one click?

Not a widget, but several screenshot programs do that.

It's also a standard feature in Windows Live Writer (writer.live.com).

@Peter: I can't find that function in Windows Live Writer... I can do either drop shadow or rounded corners, not both. And the rounded corners are not visible if you have a white picture against a white background, there is no outline/border like above. Perhaps I am missing something?
