Fände ich super. Mein Vertrag soll bald verlängern werden. Vielleicht ergibt sich da ja noch rechtzeitig was.

Palm Pre allegedly is coming exclusively to Sprint during 2009 in the US, to be released before June. The Treo Pro release for Sprint has been nothing short of a disaster, so I'm sure Sprint/Palm are very weary of announcing specific release dates for anything at this point.
Apparently an EVDO version for Europe is in the works, though Palm is not really mentioning why they put a "Coming Soon" on their website.
This is based on all my news alerts on "Treo Pro" and "Palm Pre" that I've had for MONTHS. Bring 'em already! :-)
Jess, you have that slightly mixed up. EVDO is only used in the US. This is the device you guys will be getting. We, much as the rest of the world use UMTS/HSPA.
Sprint has exclusivity in the US market alone. Palm is talking with other carriers for other parts of the world.
Sorry, you are correct. Palm just didn't update their screenshots on the UK sites. ;-)
Right also that Sprint exclusivity is only for US, but Palm is probably taking a lesson from them on leaking release dates too early and is keeping a tight lid on the Pre until they are darn sure all the bugs are out.
Daniel, dich habe ich übersehen. Palm ist nicht auf der CeBIT, und war es auch schon seit ein paar Jahren nicht mehr.
Dann bin ich mal gespannt was sich als Mobile-OS-Plattform durchsetzt;
iPhone, Android oder WebOS.
