This is very impressive stuff - and in my experience with collaborative systems, it is the visible, realtime communication that really convinces the users, and sells a system. Wave seems to have this in spades.
The best thing since Microsoft killed Groove, imho.

One of the best and most promising software product I have seen in the last years.
And all this runs in a browser. Didn't know, that a browser can do such things.
