Funky search result on Google Squared
by Volker Weber
Google has started its new service Google Squared, which returns search results in tabular format. Here is what it returns for the search query "american vice presidents":
Well, there is George Clinton and there is George Clinton. :-)

That is great! I also like the birth date. Looking a bit further, it becomes clear that they have an issue in particular with images. Try "american presidents" and got to the next group of ten and look at Andrew Jackson and John F. Kennedy. Andrew Jackson's picture is that of his wife, and John F. Kennedy's picture is an "exclusive image of his corpse". A bit of work to go on that concept.
I had fun with "Cessna planes".
The price of a Citation X is listed with 29.99 pound sterling. That's quite cheap for the fastest business jet on earth, maybe I buy a dozen ....
And the columns actually contradict each other. For George Clinton, the Description column actually describes the former vice president (incl. a proper date of birth) while the Date Of Birth column quotes the dob of the other George Clinton...
Hey, and with gasoline prices these days, it's not the CAPEX that make owning a Cessna so expensive, it's the OPEX ;-). (Oder war's die OPEC? ;-))
The same happens with Islay. For those who don't know their whisky and/or Islay, the results for Port Charlotte are wrong.
