Ich finde "Büro von Manfred" viel schöner. Ist wie "mit ein Fitzelchen Zitron' von Scheibe".

If you are asking what is different between the two pictures, my guess is the network icons in the top right of the display. The English picture has the EV (EVDO) icon and the German picture has an H icon which I am guessing is for HSDPA.
Falls es sich um eine Übersetzung handeln sollte ist es schon witzig zu sehen, dass Bärbel mit Jason und Manfred mit Jordan übersetzt wird. :-)
2,5 hrs 30 mins "free" mit "kostenlos" übersetzt ist schon witzig :-)
