Get started with Google Wave

Once you got your Wave account, you are going to be pretty lonely. Your best chance to get going is to enter "with:public" into the search field and you will have tons of waves to join. Thanks to @stoiniger for this hint. You may also want to watch this movie:

thanks for the hint :-) - it was a little borring befor
as far as i know there can be send 8 invitations or better nominations for invitation from the preview Waver.
After the invitation is send - it still needs time befor the invited gets a invitation.
Google writes on this:
"Invite others to Google Wave
Google Wave is more fun when you have others to wave with, so please nominate people you would like to add. Keep in mind that this is a preview so it could be a bit rocky at times.
Invitations will not be sent immediately. We have a lot of stamps to lick.
Happy waving!"
A little loneliness I could cope with - looks like my promised 'priority invite' to Wave isn't going to happen....
