I wonder what he really means by that comment? After all, there is ALL kinds of hype promulgated in the software industry, like the hype that software works, can be used by humans, etc.
What's so special or remarkable about cloud hype? I remember back in the late 1980s and early 1990's the hype industry (trade press) kept declaring the "Year of the LAN", every year for 10 years.
