Very helpful would be the XMPP Bot which IMs you when something was added in a wave you're in. Helps attending to yet another inbox... (I can't say yet how well it works though, but the setup is as easy as 1-2-3.) Of course the bot needs to be added to your waves, so you may have privacy concerns. But if that's the case, you should probably not be on Wave in the first place ;-).
