Looks rather strange when blown up to twice the size. You really want a native app.

I honestly think Apple could have been smarter about this - like how Android properly scales up layouts and fonts specified in density independent pixels for WVGA. But it was probably a deliberate decision - make it look like total crap to ensure developers will build universal apps.
