Is this in Den Haag ?? We have almost EXACTLY the same one in Brussels. Just the Mac Shop is missing...

Seems that it was designed by a Dutch architect, so perhaps the same person ?
The Brussels passage seems to be 50 years *older*, and (thus) another architect:
