iTunes window controls

I don't particularly like the new vertical window controls in iTunes 10. Fortunately, it's quite easy to rectify the problem. Enter this command into Terminal while iTunes isn't running:

defaults write com.apple.iTunes full-window -1

Same line with -0 puts it back to the way Apple intended it to be. If you want the old iTunes 9 look back, you need a bigger fix.

OMFG! Now I got what all the Apple iTunes user complaining about. The world is a save place, again.

Reminds me a bit of the big outrage when the standard Ubuntu theme move these buttons from the upper right corner to the left. Some saw the earth coming to a stand still. Didn't happen - somehow.

I quite like the new vertical positioning.

It seems I am the only one, who likes the new button order. I have Deuteranopia and switching to minized Player in iTunes always leaves me guessing, what the buttons were about. Now, the buttons are in the same order in maximized and minimized view, so now more guesswork.

Haha.

I had to do the same thing because it bothered me too.

Henning, left is red, right is green, middle is yellow. On all windows. Now also on iTunes 10. ;-)
