Anssi Vanjoki resigns from Nokia

Espoo, Finland - Nokia announced today that Anssi Vanjoki, Executive Vice President and a member of Nokia Group Executive Board has given notice of resignation from Nokia. Vanjoki, who currently heads Nokia's Mobile Solutions unit, has six months notice period and he will continue in his current tasks for the time being.
I expect to see a very relaxed Anssi tomorrow.

I am completely undecided. It IS going to make Elops job easier, but is that good?
Anssi is said to be one of the most 'no bullshit' managers in Nokia.

Yes, Anssi is a powerful man inside Nokia. It's going to be easier for Elop to change course. Whether that is good for Nokia remains to be seen.
