ha! for the record, I didn't see Ed's comment until after i tweeted that. My inspiration for the tabloid piece was due to finding out a former friend was in a US tabloid (specifically the National Enquirer) this week. the snake came from a story about a guy who got bit this week in Orlando by a water moccasin right near where my brother lives. So while my timing might be perfect, seriously, that was not a reference to you. But maybe this is a sign I should write the book :-)
