I am still unhappy about Apple taking out the C64 emulator from the App store. Must be an evil app. I still look for the SSI Games (Pool Of Radiance anyone) on the ipod touch. :-)

Apple does not allow anybody to run an programmable runtime or a virtual machine on top of iOS.

Apple relaxed the terms of clause 3.3.2 in their iOS developer agreement last September to allow limited use of interpreted code.

Manomio's officially licensed C64 app lives happily on the App Store - including the Commodore BASIC terminal which allows you to write and execute your own programs (if you have the patience to type them out on the iPhone keyboard).

Jeff, I would have missed that had you not commented, thanks!
Now this is going to be a bit of work, but I might just do that and get these old things to work. Bard's Tale and all might be challenging when it comes to the keyboard though.
But nice, I will try it out, thanks!
