Took me a while also. You need to use the ID number that was supplied in the LS Online email for the username. it doesn't accept the email address as a username.
At least it appears that it remembers the ID and password between uses. I hate to have to remember that number.
if only I could change my password to something that I can remember, that would be helpful.
It worked for me with "Karsten Lehmann" as username.
I tried "Volker Weber". Goes better with my password. :-)
You can login only using your six digit User ID that was included in the Lotusphere 2011 Online welcome email.
We did notice that when you tried to login using your full name you got back an incorrect message stating that the "Server connection is not available". This will be corrected. It should state that "Incorrect Login".
