OpenOffice minus Oracle
by Volker Weber
LibreOffice is the free power-packed Open Source personal productivity suite for Windows, Macintosh and Linux, that gives you six feature-rich applications for all your document production and data processing needs: Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math and Base
I am not a huge OpenOffice fan, but if I had to use it, I would use LibreOffice.

I wish all the bad luck and failure for Oracle, can't help it. Sticky fingers, and greed, and a false sense of superiority - for the lack of a better word. SCNR.
Sun was a bit more sane in my book.

I am using Open Office over MS Office for a long time now and don't miss anything.
I was happy to see the actions of the "real OpenOffice community" and with the stable of LibreOffice available now I will definitly switch to the "Oracle free version"!
