If an organisation only deploys Notes for email, what “other benefits” would the typical user see?

If an organization only deploys Notes just for email then I guess they want to tortue their users. At least the Client is a very effective tool for this purpose. Still I think Lotus Notes was a great idea that never reached its full potential.

Ben, the line of thinking is: if the customer deploys Notes only for email, he clearly does not get it.
