BlackBerry Bold Touch 9900
by Volker Weber
Get things done with a 1.2 GHz processor, 8 GB of onboard memory, 720p HD video recording, dual-band Wi-Fi®, a built-in compass (magnetometer) and Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. It’s the definitive BlackBerry smartphone.
And 1230 mAh battery.

i have a slightly used Torch to trade in :)
Volker, what is the significance of your mention of the battery? Is that bigger than typical blackberrys?
@John
1230 is not much
Torch is 1270 i and Ihpone is 1420
Looks quite interesting. The design is a bit retro – a Bold 9000 with iPhone 4 and original iPad sedign mesh up. I like it.
The website does not work for me (or has limited content). Do you have any hard specs besides the mentioned, like device size and weight, screen size and resolution.
even less than the Torch Battery (1270 mAh), way less than the 1550 mAh of the Bold 9000.
I googled some information:
BB 9900: 115x66x10,5 mm, 130 g, 640x480 2,8" (287 ppi), 1230 mAh
BB 9700: 109x60x14,1 mm, 122 g, 640x360 2,44" (253 ppi), 1500 mAh
iPhone4: 115x58,6x9,3 mm, 137 g, 960x640 3,5" (326 ppi), 1420 mAh
John, it's 20% smaller than Bold 9000 and 9700. I believe they want to bring the size down and sacrifice capacity.
Using for my Own two BB 9700 and an iPad, installed roundabout two Hands of Torch, not my Intention, seems like an iPhone-Clone. But this seems to be a good new BB, aouch, must have ;-)
Got it. Thanks. If it's really 20% less battery life for that device, I would have no issues. But I bet it's really more - as all the new things take more power than what is in the 9700.
