How to join Google+ if you haven't done already

Google+ is growing at tremendous speeds. My circle is already larger than on Facebook, LinkedIn or XING. And there is more interesting stuff happening. I can maintain a 25% follow/follower ratio, ten times higher than on Twitter without being bored by irrelevant status updates. On Facebook I had to block hundreds of applications and users to get the signal/noise ratio up.
Step 1: Go to https://plus.google.com/ and sign in with your Google ID*.
Step 2: There is no step 2, unless you can't get in. In that case send an email and I send an invite. Enough already. Stop sending mail. ;-)

*) Hint: Your Google ID contains an @-sign.
