I guess this only targets current younger IBM employees. Nobody else started doing Notes in the last 2-5 years...

Might more likely mean "Someone with just R8.x experience".

XPages and the like is not part of the job requirement. It’s a maintenance role, and the rate is low-ish for a senior developer type so I guess this is their way of saying they want someone cheaper (i.e. younger).

A very peculiar way of advertising though; knowing the London Domino market I don’t fancy their chances.

There are plenty of roles for "senior" Notes/Domino professionals in the UK at Tescos, Sainsbury's, McDonalds and Burger King.

@Jeff: B&Q are better.

I'd prefer Subway particularly around the Meatballs and jalapenos...

Jason Hook, 2011-07-22

The rate was up to ¢300 a day, thought that was quite good for a Notes role bearing in mind the current economic climate ...

John Orden, 2011-07-22

@Ben, yea I was just guessing as R8 is out about 4 years now.

Simon O'Doherty, 2011-07-23

....because our client is a little company with just an iddy biddy budget.
