Nokia Mix Radio on your Lumia

Nokia Mix Radio is not available in Germany. Unless you delete Nokia Music, set your Region&Language to English(UK), accept the change which will reboot the device, and then reinstall Nokia Music from Marketplace. Once you did that, you can set your location to your liking. Mix Radio will still be available.
