If it's not being pushed to your phone yet, do this:

  1. Go to Settings/Apps, select the All tab, find Google Services Framework, Force Stop, Clear Data.
  2. Then go to Settings/About/System Updates, Check Now.
If unsuccessful, repeat.

Yep, had to do it four times and was almost ready to give up. Something about doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. But hey, it did eventually work.

Now I'm hoping the battery life problems I and many others had with 4.0.4 are gone.
