Not if you have resources or finance available to do it. I feel this has just been done without giving the people responsible an extra cent or resources to help manage the change.

Sadly Paul, your comment could pretty much be applied to any dealings with IBM lately. But look at the share price, it appears to be used as the excuse for any bad experiences.
