Crackberry has an open letter from BlackBerry:
We have one important message for you: You can continue to count on BlackBerry.
I have no doubt that BlackBerry management is committed. The problem appears to be that customers aren't buying.

I have seen messages from companies like that before (many much smaller). It didn't end well for them. I really hope it turns around.

Interesting... so apparently the solution to decreasing market share is to keep talking about "messaging" and "social". Hm. That sounds rather familiar, come to think of it.
