Microsoft runs a Lenovo ad

by Volker Weber

It's a pretty fair comparison. The MacBook Air has two advantages though. Longer battery life and OS X.

Shouldn't the title be the other way around?

Recently tried Windows again. It's not for me.

But the hardware? I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Also I am using Apple notebooks for more than a decade and I can't stand the aluminium anymore. It looks really dated to me.

Always these nice details in the wording: "13mm thin vs. 17mm thick"...but I like the music, though!

Matthias Lorz, 2014-11-03

You say OSX like it's a good thing ... ;-)

I am a happy 'back to windows after osx' person and very happy with Win 8.1

John Head, 2014-11-03

Yes, that is my intention. OS X works much better and with less friction for me.

Volker Weber, 2014-11-03

I aggree with Volker , OS X works much better then Win8

Palmi lord, 2014-11-03

Or like i use to say: I already have enough trouble with Windows at work, so i'm glad i can use OS X at home ;-)

And how could the Yoga 3 Pro replace a tablet? It's way too heavy for that (nearly 3 times the weight of an iPad Air 2). So it's only a poor compromise. No option for me.
