Office 365 is confused

If you can't make heads or tails of this:

  1. My Office 365 account expired this week.
  2. Microsoft thanks me for subscribing to Office 365 and asks me to install Office.
  3. The email address they use (vowe.de) is a known alias to my expired account.
  4. When I login, the account shows it has expired.
