and when will we see DTS support? the lack thereof seems like a dealbreaker if you intend to get a home theater for watching blu-rays...

My guess is you won't. So far I have not missed it since I stream video. I have no interest in collecting physical media anymore. I have given away all of them.

fair enough, but how would you deal with hd movie-files that have dts sound and that you stream via apple tv?

I haven't encountered DTS files and I stream with Samsung TV.
