It does.
I am on the SONOS Beta, have updated to the 6.1 controller app and have an Apple Music family plan. But Apple Music is not shown under beta services. What am I missing?
Yves, you must enroll to beta to access beta versions of music services.
If you already did, I would try with Sonos support.
For me it was a smooth ride, it should be for you to.

You are on Beta so, it should work indeed..
I experienced some hick-ups (hence Beta) yesterday: Songs started playing but ended abruptly, some didn't even start playing (wrong encoding format message despite the fact that the songs were coming straight from Apple Music). This morning it seemed to work better.
Does anybody know: Will there be a way to create an Apple Music based playlist in the Sonos App (context) that syncs back to (i.e. becomes an) Apple Music playlist? Right know I'm only allowed to access my Apple Music playlists in a read-only fashion. I'm not even sure if what I am asking for is an option right now. Maybe the APIs don't allow Sonos to apply changes to playlists hosted in a streaming service (Apple Music, Napster, etc.)...
Markus, have a look at the Beta release note you received when notified by Sonos that Apple Music had become available. It specifies that sometime in the near future this feature shall be added. At the moment playlists cannot be modified directly from the Sonos.app.
As opposite to you I found the Sonos.app extremely unresponsive this morning.
I had to revert to listening using iTunes/airplay which, btw, I find having a more pleasant interface. Is it just me?
Pieterjan, thanks for pointing me to the release notes (should have read those more closely...). That's good news from my point of view.
And yes, you are not alone in having trouble with Sonos + Apple Music: I am still experiencing streaming interruptions in the middle of a song. Sonos skips to the next one and the same happens there. Reliability is key but I guess that's why it's a beta.
