Today I had to recover a security code for a 20-year-old Becker radio in a Porsche. In order to find this code, I first had to recharge this old PDA, and then remember the PIN to unlock it. And this isn't even the oldest device here at vowe's magic flying circus.

I put all those sort of security codes for devices (and ordinary passwords, of course) in LastPass - have it all in one place in the internet as well as locally, just in case.
That is good practice.
Whatever I had put it in 20 years ago, would probably not be alive anymore. But I can still put some batteries into one of the Newtons and it's all still there. :-)
Yep - I have migrated my data about 3 times, the first storage system was a self-written MS Access database.
Good old LifeDrive. Brings back sweet memories. The stylus looks like the one from the Tungsten T3 tough.
a few days ago I reactivated my copper treo 680, bought at the palm flagshipstore in the rockefeller center. That were some good times :-). I stumpled into the store and asked for a few giveaways and received a few of the famous palm socks!
And it still works, I started datebk and got a flashback on creating icons for that software.
That is fairly amazing.
