Huawei is a company I have been ignoring for too long. They are cranking out new devices at an astonishing pace, both under the Huawei and the Honor brands. I want to know how they can keep up on the software side of things and I will put them on an extended watch. I should have one of their phones soon.

Ich kann momentan ein P10 testen. Die Hardware ist sehr gut, und auch die Größe ist nahezu optimal wenn man nicht so einen riesen Klopper wie ein S8 oder iPhone Plus möchte. Es liegt daher gut in der Hand und lässt sich auch noch mit einer Hand bedienen. Meiner Ansicht kommt die Kamera aber nicht an die des iPhone 7 Plus ran, aber das ist auch eine subjektive Aussage.
Mein Problem mit dem Gerät ist Android, aber das sind persönliche Präferenzen. Huawei hat eine eigene Oberfläche über ein relativ aktuelles Android 7.0 gestülpt. Wenn man die SIM-Karte einlegt und etwas wartet wird einem sofort ein Provider-Optimierungspaket als Update angeboten. Ich habe noch nicht herausgefunden, was das optimiert außer zusätzlichen überflüssige Telekom-Crap zu installieren. Das Sicherheitsupdate ist bei meinem Gerät noch immer vom Februar 2017.
Will be interested in your reaction. In many ways, Huawei is the diametric opposite to the Apple approach of "take the time to get things exactly right". Apple iterates in private, Huawei iterates very much in public. Meaning they make many interesting phones, but rarely make a "perfect" phone.
Ich habe mir das P10 gekauft. Build Quality auf Apple-Niveau. Stock Android wäre mir persönlich lieber, aber EMUI ist nicht so schlimm wie Touch Wiz früher mal war. Bin gespannt auf Dein Urteil.
