Und wie mache ich das, wenn gerade ich gerade keine Tastatur habe?
Z.B.: ich möchte einen Teil einer mail kopieren und diesen woanders einfügen.
Dann habe ich meines Wissens nach wie vor nur diesen Anfangs- und Endbalken, den man recht fummelig verschieben kann, oder gibts da auch einen Trick dafür?

Das Trackpad (im Tastaturbereich) funktioniert auch auf iOS Geräten ohne Force Touch (z.B. bei meinem iPad Air 2): Einfach mit zwei Fingern auf der Tastatur den Cursor verschieben.
