The Microsoft Garage Project Photos Companion lets you send photos from your camera roll to the Photos app on Windows 10. No pairing necessary. They just need to be on the same Wifi and you scan a QR code on your PC to establish the connection. Transfer is blazingly fast.
Works with Android and iPhone.

Same as the item I sent you a couple of weeks ago - works the same way, except that works for any type of file...also from Microsoft.
