Windows 10 October 2018 Update is no longer available for download from Windows Update, and because the bug that led to this decision could cause the removal of user files, Microsoft has also pulled the other download options for the new OS feature release.
The Media Creation Tool, which could be used to create installation media and to upgrade computers to Windows 10 October 2018 Update, now serves the April 2018 Update once again.......oh dear....
