BlackBerry Mobile is very early this month, but they skipped January. Moto and Nokia are late, but I expect them any day now. Huawei is lagging with their EMUI, as usual. When the update finally arrives, it will be the January security fix.

Update: And just like that, the Mate 10 Pro got the January fix a few hours after I posted.

Samsung Galaxy S9 is also on 02-2019 since Feb 18.

In Hong Kong I got January security updates on Mate 10 Pro around 20th Jan. I see that firmware 9.0.0.197 with Janauary security updates for Mate 10 Pro C432 (Europe) was posted on Huawei firmware servers on 10th Jan 2019.
Why it took so long to push it to the mobile device in Europe I don't know, but I don't think it has anything to do with EMUI as firmware was ready long ago.
