Same pattern as previous months: Samsung is faster than AndroidOne. Huawei trails.

Mein Nokia 8 bekam VORGESTERN das patch 01.05.2019.

Super!

My Samsung A5-2017 is still on 04-2019, since 26-04-2019. Still for a to year old device, quite decent.

I found a list that details the intended update schedule for Samsung models:

My 2 year old Samsung Galaxy S8 is on the latest Android 9 OS with the May Security update and even my Wife's 3 year old S7 (while still on Android 8) has gotten the May security update

Samsung macht viel richtig.

I am rather surprised to hear about delayed Huawei updates in Europe. I have also Mate 10 Pro since May 2018 and the only month they missed security update was in Jan 2019, just after upgrade to Android Pie. Otherwise they are prompt and often I do get security update before you get it on Android One (at least before you publish it).

My model is BLA-L29. The last update was about a week ago, two days before you published update on Samsung S10, with firmware 9.0.0.259(C636E2R1P13) and Android Security Patch: 5 May 2019.

BLA-L29, 9.0.0.215 (C432E4R1P11) with 1 March 2019

Your email address suggests you are in Hong Kong. Are you on a Chinese build?

Volker Weber, 2019-05-25

No, Hong Kong is outside. We get Asia Pacific version with full Google services.

Damjan Perenic, 2019-05-25

What I find interesting is that you are on a 5th fix and I am on a 1st, which is less complete.
