Alles kompakt in 75 Seiten (wer mehr will, kann die Vorgängerbücher lesen)

Dinge die wir schon immer wussten:

"It's not food if it arrived through the window of your car."
"If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don't."

Und "Nein" - ich bin kein Ernährungsmissionar ;-)
