Your personal Kanban board

A personal Kanban board needs four columns:

1. Do
2. Doing
3. Done
4. Do Not

Kanban boards often have three columns: to do, doing, done. However, not everything gets done only because it is added to the todo list. That is why I propose a fourth column: the not-todo list. Stop procrastinating unimportant things. Just move them to the fourth column as necessary.
Corollary: don't stash old articles because you might one day read them. You won't.
If you want to play with a Kanban board, create one on Trello.com. It's free. Apps are available. You won't need more than 1 percent of its features.

Ein Hauch von Eisenhower, dein Do Not.
