Dark Microsoft patterns

This is how Microsoft asks for consent when it wants to destroy your settings and replace them with what is good for Microsoft. The user does not really have a choice. It is either yes, or keep asking until I give up. The default is always: do what I want. There is zero respect for the user.

Microsoft needs to switch to this pattern if they want to regain my respect:

Now the user can say no. It’s the default. And Microsoft will never ask again unless the user unchecks the “Never ask again”.

No, Microsoft does not ask for sex. I just want to make the pattern easy to understand.
