On Windows 11 24H2 with KB5055523 applied (OS Build 26100.3775), Notes 12.0.x fails to start and displays the following error message:
“Cannot complete the operation, Notes is running but not responding. Please close and restart Notes.”
Abhilfe: April Update wieder deinstallieren (oder gar nicht erst installieren).
The HCL Domino Development team has identified an issue which will affect *ALL Domino server versions* as of TODAY, December 13, 2024.
If you restart your server, a router error will occur which results in delivery failures due to a routing loop. Mail rules will also start failing. This is a date/time issue in our code, and we will provide a hotfix as soon as possible.
Sounds like an ancient landmine is going off. A hotfix is only to be supplied to customers with support contract.
